Jamshedpur: The DBMS English School girls’ volleyball team dominated the court at Loyola School in Bistupur, seizing the championship title at the prestigious Inter-School Volleyball Tournament.
Ten prominent schools battled for the top spot during the intense competition on April 1 and 2, 2026. Through exceptional teamwork and sharp skills, the DBMS team secured the victory and hoisted the Fr. Cecil Leeming Memorial Inter-School Volleyball Tournament 2026 trophy.
The school earned further honors as officials named student Shaikha Shahnawaz the Best Player of the tournament, recognizing her remarkable individual performance and consistent excellence.
Principal Rajani Shekhar congratulated the team, expressing immense pride in their achievement. She praised the players’ dedication and discipline, noting that their success reflects the school’s commitment to holistic development.
