Jamshedpur, March 8: The Alumni Association Team SETU of DBMS College of Education celebrated International Women’s Day by felicitating the Didis (support staff) of the college, recognising their important contribution to the institution. The programme was organised in the college auditorium and created several emotional and joyful moments.
During the event, the Didis were honoured with special titles, tiaras, sashes and small tokens of appreciation as a mark of respect for their dedication and hard work. The support staff expressed happiness and gratitude for the thoughtful gesture by the alumni members.
The programme was funded by members of the Alumni Association to acknowledge the invaluable role played by the support staff in the smooth functioning of the college.
The event was attended by Alumni Association Adviser and College Secretary Sripriya Dharmarajan, Joint Secretary Sudha Dilip, Alumni Cell Coordinator Amrita Choudhary, Principal Dr. Joohi Samarpita and Vice Principal Dr. Monika Uppal, along with several alumni members. 🌸
