DAV Public School Bistupur Hosts Summer Splash Pool Party

Jamshedpur: To beat the rising summer heat and provide a refreshing break for its youngest learners, DAV Public School, Bistupur, organized a ‘Summer Splash Pool Party’ on May 11, 2026. The event offered the Nursery tiny tots a day of water-based fun, sensory play, and social engagement.

A Colourful Transformation

The school’s lawn underwent a complete transformation as Nursery teachers, with the support of parents and non-teaching staff, converted the area into a mini-beach resort.

• Decor & Ambience: The team decorated the area with colorful balloons, beach umbrellas, and vibrant buntings.
• The Setup: Multiple swimming tubs were strategically placed across the lawn, allowing children to splash safely under supervision.
• Mood & Music: Upbeat music played throughout the event, keeping the energy high as children arrived in their brightest swimwear.

Developing Skills Through Play

Beyond providing a break from the heat, the pool party served as an informal learning platform. School officials noted that the activity helped the children:
