Jamshedpur, April 3: DAV Public School, Bistupur, is organizing a large-scale blood donation camp on April 11, coinciding with the school’s Foundation Day and the birth anniversary of its founder, Mahatma Hansraj. Principal Pragya Singh has appealed to students over 18, parents, teachers, staff, and voluntary donors to participate, aiming to collect 300 units of blood. The initiative, in collaboration with the Prateek Sangharsh Foundation and Jamshedpur Blood Center, seeks to ensure sufficient blood supply during the peak summer season. An air-conditioned facility will be provided, with certificates, mementos, and refreshments for donors. The camp will run from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with the inaugural session at 10:30 AM.
