Jamshedpur, March 15: It is the time of the year when all college students and quizzing enthusiasts across the country gear up for the 12th edition of the Tata Crucible Campus Quiz � one of the largest campus quizzes in India.
The Jamshedpur regional round will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the Tata Auditorium in XLRI from 1 p.m. onwards. The winners of the Jamshedpur regional round will be awarded a prize money of Rs. 75,000, while the runners-up will receive Rs. 35,000.
The winners of the national final will receive a grand prize of Rs. 5,00,000 along with the coveted Tata Crucible Trophy, said a press communiqu�.
To register and for the rules and regulations, one can visit http://www.tatacrucible.com, which is open to full-time college students. Each team can send a team of two students at the competition.
Held every year since 2005, Tata Crucible Campus Quiz is the premier annual quizzing challenge which is a knowledge initiative by the Tata group.
In its quest to engage with young minds across the country, the quiz will be held across 36 cities in India, followed by the national finals, with great prizes in store.
It tests the sharpest and brightest from campuses across the country. This year the competition gets even more exciting with the T20 format.
