Jamshedpur: A central reserve police force jawan from Nagaland, Pawan Kumar, posted at the CRPF Battalion Number 193 in Mosabani, shot himself dead in the barrack on Sunday.
He died instantly at the scene. An FIR has been registered in this connection by Mosabani police. Police officials reached the scene and began investigation into the incident.
They said the death seemed to be the result of suicide. Depression could have led to the suicide, an official said.
