Ranchi: The spokesperson of the state Congress Ajay Rai today said that the passing of the Lokpal Bill was an achievement for the party and its supremo Sonia Gandhi.
Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and other party leaders. He said the credit for passing the bill should go only to Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and the PM.
