Ranchi: The state Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Mohammad Kamal Khan today blamed the tourism secretary of the state Sajal Chakravarty for the mishap at Bada Talab, Ranchi.
He said the Chief Minister should order a probe and prosecute the guilty.
