Ranchi: Jharkhand State Congress Committee has asked the state government led by Chief Minister Hemant Soren to improve its way of functioning.

The media coordinator of the state Congress committee Gulfam Mujibi said the party believed that there was lack of coordination in the alliance government.

He said no initiative had yet been taken towards the implementation of common minimum programme. He said there should not be any place for personal agenda in an alliance government.

Mujibi said the positive impact of the development plans chalked out four months ago were yet to become visible. He said the speed and direction of works being done by the government should be in accordance with the agreement between JMM and Congress.

He said the state Congress wanted the state government to ensure completion of development works with full transparency and coordination.

The state Congress committee has expressed its dissatisfaction over the working of the state government for the first time after the formation of the alliance government on 12th July last.

Jairam Ramesh, Union minister and senior Congress leader, has also expressed his dissatisfaction over a number of things.
