Ranchi: The state Congress president president Sukhdev Bhagat and other leaders of the state Congress committee left for New Delhi to participate in the All India Congress Committee convocation going to be held at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi, on 17th January.
The programme will start at 9.30 am with the hoisting of party flag by party president Sonia Gandhi.
