Ranchi: Jharkhand state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat today said the rally of Bharatiya Janata Party�s prime ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi organized yesterday in the state Capital was a total �failure�.
He said the Gujarat CM appeared to be full of guilt for the underdevelopment of the state. He said the BJP had ruled for many years in the state and hence it should bear the moral responsibility for the lack of development in the state.
