Jamshedpur: The Jharkhand High Court in light of case number 3701/2009 has ordered all Tata motors registered convoy drivers were to get their health checkup at the camp being conducted at the Cummins Yard Hall in Telco between February 27 and March 2 for their fitness check. This fitness check is compulsory. Presently the registered convoy drivers are agitating for their various demands.
The convey drivers had filed a case (3701/2009) in the Jharkhand High Court regarding their demands. In the course of hearing, the HC had ordered that the 975 Tata motors registered convoy drivers were to ensure their fitness check compulsorily. As such the Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum has directed the compulsory fitness checkup at the Cummins Yard Hall between February 27 and March 2.
