Complainantís satisfaction is our priority: Sanjay Kumar

Ranchi, July 5: Referring to the failure to probe the irregularities by the contractor Ganesh Yadav in the construction of Rs 63 crore National Highway -2 at Ichak More, principal secretary Sanjay Kumar said that the replies of the officers are confusing and irrelevant.

He said that the replies given by them are confusing. Hence, they should get it probed by July 12 and submit actual investigation report.

He said that the Sidhi Baat Ė Jansamvad are sorting out the problems capably but our focus of attention should be right solution of problems and satisfaction of the complainants. He laid stress on satisfying the complainant from the solution from our end.

Regarding not giving compensation to thunder-struck Santosh Hansada (burnt) and Barki Devi (dead), contrary to the complainantís plea, the officers said that compensation has been given. The principal secretary asked them about how much compensation was given in that particular case and how much is provisioned.

Regarding non-payment of ACP from 1999 to 2002†to Rajendra Pd. Mishra, who retired from the forest department in July 2002, the officers told Kumar that the complaint has been sent to AG and he will be given the benefit of ACP.
