Jamshedpur: A three day workshop on high productivity management was organized at Turamdih Uranium Project of Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) on Tuesday. The purpose of the event was to discuss ways to enhance production capacity.
The chief guest of the event was the GM of UCIL PN Sarkar. Speaking after inaugurating the workshop, he said the entire nation was headed to fast changes everywhere. In today�s times, it was necessary for the company to increase its production capacity so that it may face the tough competition.
Sarkar said the company officers and staff should understand their responsibilities and change their attitude. He said the management officers and the workers should not put themselves into two different classes. Rather, both the management and the workers should work collectively to take the company further and increase its productivity, he said.
A total of 30 participants took part in the workshop. Among others present during the workshop included N Patil, Rakesh Kumar, Sanjeev Ranjan, Girish Gupta, Uttam Biswas and Balram Yadav.
