Jamshedpur: A coal laden truck overturned near the Sakchi Jubilee Park Gate near the Deputy Commissioner Office under Bistupur. Coal shattered on the road as the truck overturned. However, due to this accident on Friday night, there was no significant impact on the movement. Police lifted the truck on Saturday morning with the help of a crane.
According to police, the coal laden truck was going from Chandil to Jamshedpur. In this sequence, the truck overturned uncontrollably near the Deputy Commissioner Office. The driver and the driver of the truck suffered minor injuries in the accident and narrowly survived. Road traffic was also not affected due to the incident being late at night.
Although it was difficult to remove the truck due to nightfall, this morning the police, in collaboration with TSUISL, picked up the truck and the coal was loaded back onto the truck and cleared the way.
