CM against unnecessary hold up of files

Ranchi, May 25: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday has said that his government has to fulfill the hopes and desires of the common masses. The CM asserted that now the state needs to get freedom from the formalities and lengthy culture of file movement.

Das categorically directed that the files should be prepared in such a manner that they should not be delayed unnecessarily. He also pointed that the files should be moved in legitimate manner and in the favor of state. The Chief Minister was addressing a function today at Project Bhawan organized for the distribution of appointment letters among the newly selected assistants of Jharkhand secretariat service.

CM asserted that state has a government whose motto is to serve and not to rule. CM pointed out, It is our responsibility to deliver to the last man of the society. CM said its an august moment for the state as state is getting 92 new faces of youth power. He also guided the newcomers to work with zeal and passion.

CM said 2016 will be marked as the year of appointments. In coming time vacant places of different departments will be filled.

Nidhi Khare, principal secretary (Department of Personnel) said there are 417 vacancies for secretarial assistant, which will be filled in 4 years by appointing 104 assistant every year. She informed that 48 newly appointed assistants are from engineering background. She further added that there are 3 specially-abled and six women among the new appointees.

Rajbala Verma, chief secretary, Amit Khare, additional chief secretary Finance-cum-Development commissioner, and Sanjay Kumar, principal secretary to CM were among other top officials present in the function.
