Jamshedpur: As per instruction of Chief Minister Raghubar Das, East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar handed an amount of Rupees One lakh to Adityapur resident Ravi Shankar for treatment of his grievous ailment.
Ravi Shankar had appealed to Chief Minister Raghubar Das during the Seedhi Baat program on November 27, and sought financial assistance for treatment.
After learning the details of the ailment and treatment expenses, the Chief Minister directed DC Amit Kumar to pay Rs One lakh from the Discretionary Fund. The amount was handed to Ravi Shankar today by the DC.
