Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das reviewed the development work of AICRL Electric Project on Tuesday and ordered officials to speed up the development work of Power Project at Chandwa.
He also asked other departments to coordinate with the project officials. He further directed the company to make a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose and apply in different departments.
The company has set a target to complete the first phase of power plant in between 18-24 months. It will produce 270 MW electricity directly employing approximately 2500 people. He said that people whose land is acquired will be given employment. The government will buy 25 per cent electricity.
Chief Secretary Raj Bala Verma, Additional Chief Secretary RK Srivastava, Principal Secretary to the CM Sanjay Kumar, Secretary to the CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal and other officers were present in the meeting.
