Ranchi: Addressing the Board of Directors of Greater Ranchi Development Authority (GRDA), Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Tuesday said that the DPR of the two proposed blocks of Secretariat in Core Capital Area should be completed by 15th March.
�The tender process should be completed and work should be started from first week of June. The two blocks of secretariat should be completed in 2 years. New technologies should be used to develop core capital areas. The infrastructure should be energy efficient. Solar energy should be used maximum. Power system and drainage system should be made as per the modern parameters,� said the CM.
Das said that water and energy can be saved by using modern technologies. He said that before making Core Capital Area, the basic infrastructure and facilities of Putrajaya , the new capital of Malaysia, should be studied. He said that it will help in the development of the park.
Construction of houses of ministers, MLAs and senior officers in Core Capital Area was also discussed. Science centers and drinking water at school should be provided under CSR.
CS Raj Bala Verma, Development Commissioner Amit Khare, Principal Secretary to the CM Sanjay Kumar, Principal Secretary Sukhdev Singh and officers of G.R.D.A. were present on this occasion.
