CM launches BJP�s mega membership drive in Jamshedpur says, empower BJP for a New India

Jamshedpur, July 6: Chief Minister Raghubar Das launched BJP�s Sadasyata Maha Abhiyan (mega membership drive) in Birsanagar on Saturday. The campaign launch coincided with the birth anniversary celebrations of party ideologue Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.

Addressing a gathering at Dungritola ground, Das said the membership drive had started simultaneously at more than 29,000 polling booths across 497 places in Jharkhand. Titled as Sangathan Parv 2019, the campaign aims at making one lakh primary members and 5000 active members in East Singhbhum, he said.

The CM appealed to party workers to make the mega drive a grand success in order to pave way for a new India. He said all classes of society should be included in the drive and linked to the organization for nation building.

Welcoming new members into the party, the CM presented them BJP�s angavastra.

Paying tribute to Dr Mukherjee, Das asked party workers to follow in his footsteps and add more people to the party and make the membership drive a grand success.

Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, Jamshedpur BJP in-charge Satyendra Kumar Singh, all other party MLAs and senior leaders were present during the mega drive.

Yesterday, the CM held a meeting at Sone Mandap in Sidhgora with the BJP core committee members of Jamshedpur East Assembly constituency and reviewed preparations for the membership drive.
