Ranchi: In a rare gesture Chief Minister Raghuvar Das has extended medical assistance to Krishna Dev Verma whose eyes were taken out by the anti-socials.
Verma, a resident of Giridih, was returning from Ayodhya after a pilgrimage when he was drugged in the train by the criminals.
When Verma came to senses in a hospital in Faizabad to his utter disbelief he found his eyes taken out.
Today the Chief Minister met Verma at RIMS and took stock of his medical conditions. On the spot he directed the doctors to do all the needful for his medical treatment.
The family members of the victim requested the CM for a fourth grade job for the Verma’s wife, as the family does not have any other earning member.
The CM assured the victim’s family of all possible help to the effect
