CM directs land reforms dept to prepare for land bank inauguration

Ranchi, Dec. 02: Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed the Land Reforms Department to complete the process of Land Bank inauguration which is scheduled to be inaugurated on January 5, 2016.

He directed to upload all information related with land bank on the website. He said that the motto of this endeavour is to provide land to establish industries and employ people. He directed to start online mutation in the state by March 2017. He said it while reviewing the Land Reforms Department.

CM directed to end S. A.R. Court within a week and follow the procedures required for it. He hoped it will decrease crimes.

The CM has directed to form a committee to sort out the problem in releasing the final report of Survey Settlement. He suggested changing the law if needed. He said to improve the online system and appoint personnel if required. He asked to implement the orders strictly and religiously.

The CM was conveyed that in order to maintain transparency, registration fee is submitted through banks. The digitalization of data from 1970 to 2008 is almost completed. Digitalization of data in Deoghar and Godda is to be completed. Moreover, the land for building KICC has been identified.

Minister of Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Amar Kr. Bauri, Development Commissioner R.S. Poddar, Principal Secretary, Finance, Amit Khare, Secretary to the CM Sunil Kr. Burnwal, Secretary, Land Reforms Department K.K. Soan and other officers were present at the meeting.
