Cleaning of Jamshedpur Chhath ghats picks up pace

Jamshedpur, Oct 20: Mango Municipal Corporation has intensified cleanliness drive at various Chhath ghats at Mango. Executive Officer Suresh Yadav convened a meeting with the Swachhata brand ambassadors on Thursday and discussed various issues related to beautification plans. He said special focus should be paid on cleanliness drive in order to prepare for Swachhata Survey 2023. All City Managers of JNAC were also present at the meeting.

Yadav said the banks of Swarnarekha and Kharkai rivers were being cleaned on a war-footing. City Managers and Cleanliness Observers have been deputed to supervise cleaning work at all Chhath ghats, he said.
