Gamharia, Oct 22: The TGS Colony administration has completed cleaning and painting the Chhath Ghat in preparation for the upcoming Chhath Puja. General Secretary Shivlakhan Singh, along with his team, inspected the site on Wednesday and confirmed that around 100 to 120 families from the colony and nearby areas performed the ritual at this artificial pond.
Maintenance work at the pond was carried out by the Jusco team under Senior Manager Saroj Chaudhary. Senior Manager (Administration) Sanjay Singh, In-charge (Services) Vikas Verma and officials from the TISCO Mazdoor Union also inspected the site, ensuring that all facilities were in place for devotees.
Singh expressed gratitude to the General Manager of TGS, the administrative team, Jusco staff and TMU members for their collective efforts in organizing a safe and clean environment for worshippers.
