Three residential apartments sealed at Kadma, drive at Sonari today
Jamshedpur: Acting tough against the erring builders, the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) authority three under construction buildings at Kadma. On Friday, three more flats at Sonari will be sealed.
In this regard, SDO Prem Ranjan, JNAC special officer Deepak Sahay said on Friday Abhay Kumar, Khurshid Hassan and Ranu Mangalam flat will be sealed.
JNAC’s special officer, Deepak Sahay said “We had received complaint against the builder from the residents. Based on the complaint and subsequent verification, we found that the builders deserved action against him.
Sahay said that JNAC has decided to take steps against unruly builders. � We will act against them and ensure that the rules and norms would be maintained in construction,� he stated.
Notably, this was the first such step in the city by the JNAC to seal a building being set up in deviation of the approved plan. Earlier, the civic body had demolished encroached areas of a building or razed the walls in the basement for paving the way for parking.
