Jamshedpur, September 10: Everyone should aim for developing Jamshedpur as ‘Suicide Free’ city for which support of everyone is necessary.
Suicide prevention organisation ‘Muskaan’ is doing a commendable job and Tata Motors like earlier would continue to support the cause, said AB Lall, Plant head, Tata Motors. AB Lall was present as the chief guest for the World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10) function held at Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco on Saturday.
At the event he also planted a sapling which helps reduce stress, brushes off negativity and gives a person a feel of positivity.
The importance of this plant is spreads a positive feel in and around were it is planted. On the occasion students of the school presented a nukkad natak on women empowerment.
Guest of honour for the function was General Manager of Tata Motors Manas Mishra, administrative officer Ranjit Dhar, Dr. ML Ali, Vishnu Chand Dixit, CSR secretary Vishwa Mohan Prasad, Councilor Chandeshwar Khan, Physiatrist at MGM hospital Dr. Deepak Giri, Dr. Sudeshna Das from Tata Motors Hospital, Vinita Mishra, Principal of Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Vipin Sharma and others were present. The event was hosted by Annu Sri Patnaik and Uday Chandravanshi.
