Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee launched a cleaning drive at Golmuri Circus Maidan on Tuesday.
A team of JNAC officials led by the City Manager Ranjan Pandey and cleanliness inspector DK Pandey removed three junked cars, construction material and other scrap materials from the ground. The cleaning drive began at 10 am.
Several hutments built without permission were removed today. The broken boundary wall was fortified with barbed wires in order to prevent entry of anti-social elements into the ground, sources said.
