Jamshedpur, Nov. 3: One of the accused in Manish Pathak alias Chotu Pandit murder case, Vikash Tiwari surrendered before the senior superintendent of police, Anoop T Mathew�s house on Tuesday.
Tiwari along with Tezu Singh both residents of Daiguttu in Mango were on the run since committing the crime on October 29.
The duo shot dead Chotu Pandit outside his home in Daiguttu under Mango police station area�when he was installing CCTV cameras.
Police suspected the name of Vikas Tiwari in the murder case after Chotu Pandit and his group attacked Tiwari, following a land dispute some weeks back.
It may be noted that Chotu was secretary of BJP�s Mango Mandal Committee and had been sent to jail for being involved in the communal violence taken place at Mango in July.
