Jamshedpur: Tata Motors sports department organised inter team (Men) and inter school (Boys) Basketball Tournament. The final matches of the touranment were played on Wednesday, November 15.
In the school category the final match was played between Hill Top School and Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya (VBCV). It was a tough fight between both the team but finally Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya won the match by 65 : 41 points.
Abhishek Prasad of Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya was awarded �The Best Player� of the tournament.
In the team category- Indigo Fighters locked horns against TML Drivelines. The finals match witnessed neck-to-neck competition between both the teams. Indigo Fighters won the match by 41: 30 points.
Guests for the occasion Gurmit Singh Tote, President and R K Singh, General Secretary of TML & Drivelines Workers Union along with Col. K.J.K Choudhary, Head (Town Administration), Tata Motors, felicitated the winners.
