Jamshedpur, June 1: A fire safety session for children and parents was held during the concluding day of the sports summer camp at JRD Tata Sports Complex on Monday.
P K Ghosh and Binod Upadhayay from fire brigade department of Tata Steel gave a talk on ‘Awareness on�Fire Safety� and demonstrated the use of fire extinguisher�to the children and their parents.�
The session covered how to deal/tackle with fire and how and when to use the A B C D category of fire extinguisher, by which children / parents could play an important role.
Almost 600 people including children, parents and coaches had attended the above program.�
Mukul Vinayak Chaudhari, administrator (TFA & Sports), welcomed the guests and was present on the occasion.�Satnam Singh, senior manager, Sports (TKLNR), Avinash Kumar and coaches of 21 games were present on the occasion.�
