Chief secretary reviews HRMS work in state

Ranchi: Chief Secretary R.S. Sharma today said that the data of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) – a master data of employees of various Departments- is to be validated by a team of five members of the IT department.

The Chief Secretary at a meeting held at the Project Building with IT department which reviewed the project report of HRMS and the status of the entered data so far also suggested some changes in the format of form to be filled by the employees in the Manavsampada portal.

He said that only relevant information to be included in the form. He suggested multi-level help-desk at different level to help the employees to fill up the forms and advised setting up Project Management Unit (PMU) in various Departments.

At the meeting IT Principal Secretary N.N. Sinha, Revenue Principal Secretary, J.B. Tubid, Human Resource Principal Secretary K. Vidyasagar, Health Principal Secretary. B.K. Tripathi, Housing Secretary Aradhna Patnaik, Commercial Tax Secretary MR. Meena along with other officials was present.
