Ranchi, Dec. 3: Chief Minister Mr. Raghubar Das has directed to speed up e-governance. He said that such a system should be developed where application should be sent online. He directed to give widow pension online and start e-hospital hospital for RIMS & e-city for municipal certificates.
The CM directed to develop system to pass the maps online. It will be started soon in Ranchi. He said to improve Pragya Kendra connectivity also. The CM was intimated that the district mining offices as well as the state offices will be made online from December 15. It will help in checking theft.
Moreover, the mines check posts will also be made online and CCTV will be installed from March 2016. Services will be increased from 54 to 151 under e-district. IT professionals will be appointed in 15 departments to run the e- governance system smoothly. The government will have one website with many departmental links.
The CM directed dissemination of various apps like e-garbage, blood donation, e-district, My RMC etc. among people. He also directed the officials to investigate into the issue of obtaining BPL cards illegally and asked the people who have obtained the card illegally to surrender it within a month.
Development commissioner R.S. Poddar, principal secretary, finance Amit Khare, principal secretary to the CM Sanjay Kumar, secretary to the CM Sunil Kr. Burnwal, and other officers were present at the meeting.
