Jamshedpur: Chief factory inspector of Jharkhand Avdhesh Singh has cancelled the certificate of Haztech India, an industrial safety inspection agency situated at Ashiana Trade Centre, Adityapur.
He said the staff of the said agency�s company could not tell the name of any competent official of the organization. Despite repeated questioning, the name could not be known, he said.
