Chhati Puja of Lord Krishna celebrated in Gua

Gua, Aug 18:� The ‘Chhati Puja’ of Lord Krishna was celebrated with traditional rituals on Sunday at Yog Nagar in Gua. Special celebrations were held at temples. Following COVID-19 norms Chief General Manager of Gua SAIL Vipin Kumar Giri and other SAIL officers attend the religious function. ‘Chhati puja’ is celebrated six days after Janmashtami . It is marked with rituals which are performed on the sixth day after the birth of a new-born child. Prasad was also distributed among devotees. On this occasion Nagendra Pathak, Srimanta Narayan Panda, Rakesh Nandakolier, Dr. Anand, S.R. Swain, Swaminath Sharma and others were present.�
