Challenge the boundaries that limit you: CII helps motivate women professionals

Jamshedpur, May 24: CII-IWN Jharkhand Chapter organized a session on Enhance your Professional connect & �Climb High� today at Jamshedpur. The objective of the session was to bring together women professionals and entrepreneurs from Jamshedpur and around Jharkhand to foster connects for inspiration and growth and to motivate women professionals with the inspiring journey of successful women.

 During the session Jamuna Tudu, Noted Indian Environmental Activist said that nothing is impossible if one have the right intension. She also stated that less of fear and more of action will help realise one�s vision.

 The session was also addressed by Binita Soren, the first tribal woman to conquer the world’s highest mountain summit, Mt. Everest. Soren stated that will and determination are the keys to success. �You need to face problems and challenges in order to know yourself better�, Soren avowed.

 Madhulika Sharma, Chief-Corporate Sustainability, Tata Steel Ltd affirmed that it is very important to grab the opportunities which come one�s way. �Challenge the boundaries that limit you or else be limited by them�, stated Sharma.

 Addressing the gathering, Neeraj Kant, Chairman, CII Jharkhand State Council stated that the CII-IWN Jharkhand Chapter aims to serve as a networking platform for women – professionals, business owners, students and faculty to share experiences, understand the dynamic business landscape, overcome challenges and learn to invest in themselves for growth. He further stated that this session is an unique one with an all women panel focusing on motivating us with the inspiring journey of successful females. The panelists in the session are leaders and exemplars in their own fields and have continuously worked for the cause of women and training at all levels.

 Happy Mukherjee, Chairwoman, CII-IWN Jharkhand Chapter said that today�s business demands require not only core competence but also continuous and comprehensive learning, adapting to worldwide best practices, catering to domestic markets with global standards.  CII – IWN works towards enabling women to become better professionals and star performers in their respective fields through various need-based services for its members. This session is another initiative in this regard.
