Jamshedpur, Nov. 30: A Chaibasa Jail inmate died during treatment at MGM Hospital on Monday.
According to sources, the prisoner, Soma Oraon was admitted to Sadar Hospital in Chaibasa after his health deteriorated on November 26. He was referred to MGM Hospital at Jamshedpur on November 27 and died on Monday morning while undergoing treatment there.
A police official named Rajkeshwar Singh said Oraon was admitted to Sadar Hospital in an unconsciousness condition. Police took the body under its possession and sent it for postmortem to MHM Hospital.
