A Chabeel Seva was organised at SBI Building, Kagalnagar, Sonari, on Sunday to commemorate the martyrdom day of Guru Arjan Dev Ji. The event was conducted by Sonari Samuh Sadh Sangat and Jodi Riders, continuing a tradition that has been observed annually since 2013.
As part of the service, sweetened drinking water and chana prasad were distributed among devotees and passersby. A large number of volunteers and members of the organising teams actively participated in the seva, reflecting the Sikh community’s spirit of selfless service and compassion.
The programme received support from Sonari Gurdwara and the Central Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (CGPC), and their respective teams, who were present during the event and contributed to its successful execution.
Organisers expressed gratitude to all devotees, volunteers, and supporters for their cooperation and participation. They stated that, with the blessings of the Guru, the service was completed successfully and served as a meaningful tribute to the sacrifice and teachings of Guru Arjan Dev Ji.
