Jamshedpur: Central Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (CGPC) candidate Gurmukh Singh Mukhe continued his agitation for the second day here on Monday demanding an opportunity to contest the CGPC elections.
Staging dharna against the cancellation of his nomination in the CGPC elections, he said he was ousted from the polls as a result of a conspiracy hatched by his opponents. He said the election convenor Harnek Singh did not seal his nomination for four days. He alleged that his nomination papers were made to disappear before scrutiny. He threatened to commit self-immolation in case his nominated was not reinstated by 6th March.
