Jamshedpur, August 30: Fifteen teachers from Central Public School (CPS) participated in a Capacity Development Programme organised by CBSE at South Point School, Patamda. The session, focused on “Stress Management Strategies – Recognition and Acceptance,” equipped participants with useful insights and techniques to manage stress effectively in academic and personal settings.
