Jamshedpur, Dec. 4: Central Board for Workers Education�(CBWE), an autonomous body under the Ministry of�Labour�& Employment, Government of India, regional directorate, Jamshedpur, organized one-day seminar on Soft skills for Excellence in Service at Electric Loco Training Centre (ELTC), Tatanagar on Friday, December 4.
At the seminar more than 100 officers and workers of railway participated.
