CBSE-ISTM ToT programme successfully concludes at SDSM School Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 31: The two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) Certification Programme, jointly organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and ISTM, concluded successfully at SDSM School for Excellence on Friday. The event aimed to equip CBSE resource persons with essential training tools to enhance teaching effectiveness nationwide.

The opening ceremony began with a ‘Safety Pause’ and traditional lamp-lighting by dignitaries and the venue director, Moushumi Das, Principal of SDSM School. The session featured a welcome address by Das, followed by a message from the CBSE Director read by Section Officer Raghwendra Kumar and introductory insights by resource persons Vipin Kumar Bhargava and Sharad Nautiyal. Junior Accounts Officer Jyoti Prasad was also present.

With 57 participants from across Jharkhand, the workshop covered essential topics including qualities of a trainer, interactive lecture planning, group exercises, coaching methods, NEP 2020 implementation and e-content development.

In the closing ceremony, Moushumi Das extended heartfelt thanks to all contributors. “This programme fulfilled its objectives and empowered participants to inspire change in their classrooms and communities,” she remarked. The event ended on a high note, with applause acknowledging the collaborative efforts that made the training a resounding success.
