Jamshedpur, Nov 15: A team of CBI sleuths caught Regional Commissioner of Provident Fund (Grade II) Sandeep Caesar Toppo red-handed while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 12,000.

Sources said the CBI team had informed the Regional PF Commissioner Tusharkant Mukherjee about the arrest before taking Toppo along with them to Ranchi. The CBI team was led by DSP Satish Chandra Jha.
The news of Toppo�s arrest transpired around noon. The CBI officials were accompanied by a BSNL official. They did not reveal the name of complainant. Toppo has been working in Jamshedpur for the last three years, sources said.
