Career Fair held at S.D.S.M. School for Excellence

Jamshedpur: S.D.S.M. School for Excellence organised a comprehensive Career Guidance & Fair on 5 December 2025 for students of Classes IX, XI and XII. The event, held in the school auditorium, was inaugurated by Principal  Moushumi Das.

Thirty-one reputed universities and professional institutes participated, including Avan Aviation and Hospitality Management, GITAM University, Chandigarh University, Dayanand Sagar University, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Srinath University, Birla Global University, Amity Group, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sarala Birla University, Centurion University, Chanakya University, KL University, Parul University, ICFAI Group, Alliance University, Adamas University, Pimpri Chinchwad University, Woxsen University and others.

Students and parents interacted with university representatives to explore academic and career opportunities. Addressing the gathering, the Principal stressed the importance of informed decision-making. “The institutions present here are not merely promoting themselves— they are sharing their strengths, values and dignity with aspiring learners,” she said. She added that teachers remain the foundation of every profession.

Das concluded by thanking all participating delegates for their guidance and valuable contribution toward shaping students’ futures.
