Car turns turtle after collision with truck in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, April 29: Panic gripped the Golmuri area after a road accident on the main stretch leading to Telco when a truck and a car collided near a traffic signal, triggering chaos and a brief traffic standstill.
According to eyewitnesses, the mishap occurred during an overtaking attempt when a truck (MH15JC 8009) rammed into a Tata Tiago (JH05CG 4808).
The impact was so severe that the car lost control and overturned on the road.
The mishap drew a large crowd within minutes. Passers-by and locals rushed to the spot, with some helping the occupants out of the overturned vehicle while others assisted in managing the situation.
The incident led to temporary disruption of traffic, causing a long queue of vehicles along the busy route.
On getting information, the Golmuri police promptly arrived at the spot, brought the situation under control, and initiated efforts to restore normal traffic flow.
Fortunately, no serious injuries have been reported.
The occupants of the car sustained only minor injuries. Police have begun an investigation into the incident and have urged motorists to exercise caution while driving, especially on busy urban roads.
