Car catches fire in Jamshedpur, three injured

Jamshedpur, March 18: In a late-night incident near Lakdi Tal under Sitaramdera police station, a speeding car lost control and collided with a divider, subsequently catching fire. Three youths were trapped inside the burning vehicle. Local residents promptly alerted the authorities, who initiated rescue efforts. The youth in the car sustained injuries including fractured limbs. All victims were swiftly taken to MGM Hospital from where, after primary treatment, they were referred to Tata Main Hospital. Firefighters also arrived at the scene to extinguish the blaze, but the car was engulfed in flames and completely charred. Witnesses reported that the car was traveling at high speed from Bhuinyadih towards Litti Chowk before losing control near the TOP and colliding with the divider. The police have started investigations. The families of the injured have been informed.
