Ranchi: Police seized a 30 kilogram heavy can bomb during an anti-Naxalite search operation in Chhotanagra police station in Saranda on Friday.
The paramilitary forces had got a tip-off about the can bomb lying on their route near Kudlibad. They destroyed the bomb in the forest.
Combing was intensified after the recovery.
