Jamshedpur : Cadets are honing skills at the training camp of 37th battalion of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) at the Jamshedpur Co-operative College ground. The annual camp is designed in a way to instill discipline among the students.
Students from various colleges from Kolhan are participating in the 10-day long camp. About 400 cadets aim to undergo the training at the camp. The boys and girls have been divided into different groups.
The cadets will participate in adventure activities like cycling, motor bike riding which will be helpful if the cadets carry out expedition as they do to fulfill social purposes. Firing, obstacle race, and drill are part of the training camp.
The camp organised to train students will also help them to participate in the NCC’s National Integration Camp, which is carried out on the national level. The camp is being organised in a college campus in order to inspire other students to join the NCC.
