Jamshedpur, Sept 11: A burglary was committed late Sunday night in an under-construction building at Riverview Colony under Kadma police station. The security guard alerted the house owner, Chandan Mittal about the theft and the latter promptly informed the Kadma police station. Chandan said that the burglars had also attempted to rob a neighbouring building also under construction. The entire incident of the robbery was captured on CCTV. The thieves reportedly decamped with cash, mobile phones, wiring material and construction machinery amounting to approximately Rs Seven Lakh. The CCTV footage led to the apprehension of two suspects by the police who are investigating the incident.
