Gamharia : Residents of Mangalam City in Gamharia have alleged the builder of making false promises and taking inadequate steps to fulfill the promises.
The residents at the time of purchase of flat were assured by the builder of the Jusco facilities including power and water supply.
But there has been no initiative from him on electricity , drinking water etc. In this regard, the builder Saurabh Agarwal, said that for Jusco electrical connections a deposit of Rs 27 lakh has been made. But the supply still has not been started. He promised to provide services soon.
