Jamshedpur, Aug. 11: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur organised 6th awareness programme, a talk on the benefits of Breastfeeding at Balram Basti Sonari.
The resource person Manju Rani Singh gave information about how breastfeeding promotes bonding between mother and child. She also answered the questions raised by the ladies present today.
Around 30 ladies were benefitted by this session.
Snacks were distributed among the ladies. Club members present were Vice President Mamta Trehan, Treasurer Shweta Chand, Editor Manju Rani Singh, Committee members Neena Jain, Indu Bhambri, Rekha Jaiswal and Gurdeep Marwah and Sarika Singh along with Malti Singh.
Convener Mitali Chopra provided full support in organising the session.
